Doug Wimbish is a very influential player who was doing things with the bass we call "commonplace" 20 years ago. He's well-known and highly regarded in the industry for his versatility and creativity.

Doug's main gig is with Living Colour now. He was Mick Jagger's favorite when the bass job opened up with The Rolling Stones.
