How Does The HOG's Foot Controller Work?

Sign in to disble this ad
I was curious if anyone knew how the HOG's foot controller sent messages to the HOG- didn't see anything written in the manual specifically about it. It's not MIDI, so I assumed it would be some sort of control option. I ask because I have a switching system (Musicomlab) that may be able to do the same work as the HOG's foot controller does if I can figure out how the presets are saved/relayed.

Here's a schematic of the 16 second digital delay foot controller schematic. Maybe it will help.

It's probably digital, using flip-flops or some kind of logic gate(s).
