For live work I have all I need but the idea of a headphone amp appealed to me. One arrived at xmas

Well I'm working though how to employ it. Quiet practice, ( a bit noisy for a live preamp) or a portable practice amp.
Trouble is:- where do you put it?
In your pocket? Nah, too big and you move the knobs.
On your belt? Tried that. Bent the clip
On the strap? slides off and the centre of gravity is above the clip so it rolls over.
Clipped onto your front pocket? might bash it with my bass - and all of the above.
In all of these cases I can't see the display.
So where do you put it so its doesn't get in the way and you can get to it?
