I don't have one but a chunk systems os will probably get you close. If that is too expensive you could try a fuzz into a filter.

If you want the real deal try a Moog little phatty or some other synth.

edit: I agree with tha akai deep impact, I forgot about it for a second but it is good for disco ish sounds like this.

You can get pretty close with Boss Syb-5 (in 12 o'clock mode) and fuzz after it.

EHX BMS for the stacked octaves, into a Bassballs to get that vocal quality. Maybe add a bit of chorus/flange at the end but not a lot.
