How would you set up these effects?

I am using either an American Jazz Bass or a Lakland Skyline 55-01 into a Markbass Littlemark ii. Here are the effects I am using..

Line 6 X2 wireless receiver into Boss TU2 tuner at the start of the chain...

then I have:
Way Huge Pork Loin
EBS Octabass
EBS BassIQ

In what order would you place these? Would you use them in front of the amp or in the effects loop? I realize the wireless signal can't go into the effects loop, so I'm asking do I create 2 paths... wireless and tuner (and distortion??) in front of the amp and put the octabass and BassIQ in the effects loop? All in front? please advise.

I would go X2> TU-2> Octabass> Pork Loin> BassIQ, putting everything in line before the amp.

It depends how exaggerated you want your envelopes to be; if you want it to be more aggressive have the distortion before the filter, if you want it less dramatic, put the distortion after it.
