I got to share this info for a pedal board.

I did not want to share this information until I tried it over the past few months at several festival and club gigs. I finally found the ultimate pedal board combination. I use to have 2 pedal boards. One being single pedals and the other the GT-10B. I was never happy with either one. There were some things I liked better on the 10B than the individual pedals and vise-versa. I decided to make the best of both worlds. I kept all of the individual pedals that I could not live without and mixed them with the 10B using the LS2. As you can see in the photo I have the 10B, LS2, Agro, MXR Octaver, VT-Bass deluxe, GEB7 eq. I send this to a Sansamp RPM to a Carvin Power Amp and 2 Carvin BRX 4X10's. Killer tone. I basically run reverb, and modulation effects etc with the 10B. I use the VT-Bass Deluxe for my main tone control and dirt variation. The agro is by distortion which is awesome. The Eq is used for setting the room acoustics at each gig. The LS-2 is the secret. It lets me mix the digital and analog signals for that perfect mix of both worlds. I have it sitting all on at Pedaltrain pro powered by the Voodoo Labs PS. I had killer tone and cut through with 2 guitarists with B-52's. I had so many compliments more than ever. If you have any questions let me know. For those with a 10B thinking about selling it maybe try this. I also use some of the distortion and boost/comp effects on the 10B.

I use a similar setting, just blended with the sfxsound X&M.
Supersynth and M9 affect the tone above 300Hz and the Octabass below it.
In the rack it goes to the TBP-1 and in the effects way through the MicroThumpinator and the dbx 160A.

I love it. Great flexibility with the M9 and still the nice bottom due to the X&M.

Have you posted this in the PYPB thread? The dudes in there would love to see it! Great job! Nothing like feeling happy and content w/ your board while being complimented on it!!!

You could also skip the LS-2 and use the GT-10B's included FX LOOP. You could still run the FX LOOP in it's own channel within the GT-10B for blending, move the FX LOOP block around in the signal chain, etc. etc. And you have multiple EQ options in the GT-10B and can theoretically run 3 individual EQ using the EQ/FX1/FX2 blocks. Lots of options and possibilities. One other thing with the FX LOOP, you have full control over the input/output levels so you can push a really hot signal out of the FX LOOP if you want to try overdriving the first pedal in your FX LOOP chain.

I do something similar but use a Zoom B2.1u instead of the 10B.

If you run your bass directly into the GT-10B, which it sounds like you're doing with the LS-2, then the GT-10B gets your unmodified envelope to trigger / track from. So there's lots of good reasons to not run effects in front of the GT-10B. I used to run the OC-2 in front. Then found it was better in the FX LOOP with a really hot EQ or COMP pushed into it to clip the OC-2. I have some clips on my sound pages in my signature below.

Gastric.
I will try some of your ideas. Our band is on break for August so I have time to mess around with the settings. I will keep you posted.
