There are already crappy versions out there. Take a look at some of the Boss pedals. They're used for the bass/treble levels. I can't really see them being used for anything more than bass/treble or adding a slew of other things to tweak.

It would be cool to see a pedal with a 5 or 8 time over concentric pot. Impractical as hell, but it would look teh funneh.

My Boss SYB-3 already has those and they're a pain. Tiny little concentric pots close to other tiny little concentric pots. You're bound to nudge something you didn't mean to nudge.

Also, you can usually squeeze a PCB or perfboard over top of a single pot inside the pedal. A concentric pot probably prevents that if the pedal isn't really tall. It'd probably be tought to squeeze bits in, and a bump in price for most people that aren't boss/berringer.

I like it. I'd prefer an enclosure with 3 concentric knobs and space, rather than 6 knobs all cramped up together.
