I jus bought the artec parametric eq

It seems to be the only boss-sized pedal in the market, so I might as well give it a shot at 60bucks.

And i have to say this thing freakin rocks. Smooth EQ-ing and true bypass. Its such a shame as I dont see this pedal get alot of mention, you guys whos lookin for a boss-sized para-EQ look no further.

The only con I can think of is that it only has 1 band

I'd like to hear more about this from some other people. I'm thinking about an eq, but thinking about this too.

I liked it very much soundwise, but it couldn't handle the output power of a G&L 2500. It distorted even in parallel modus. With my Jazz Bass it worked well.

I use it with my dimarzio model J jazz which is among one of the hottest passive PUs and it works fine.

Another design flaw is that the width and cut/boost knobs are not marked with white ink, and its hard to see in the dark
