I just modified my first pedal and I'm thinking of starting a business. I'm calling it "Handjobs Pedalworks" because all of my mods are done by hand.
Check out my first mod! It's a fully transformed OS-2 Distortion/Overdrive.
There's even a step by step video! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=p4swzYGlOtY

| | | | Oh, Absolutely!!! What's the website for Handjobs, Inc.? This is the best mod I can think of for an OS-2!!!!

| | | | I don't have website yet. It's really just in the planning stages right now.
BTW, I'm asking $140 for this particular model on craigslist right now. Do you think I could get more out of it? I think the video really adds value.

Just my opinion of course.

I think the video really adds value. | I think at $140 you are selling yourself short - it's not unusual for budding artists, but you really need to think better of yourself. Don't be afraid to charge what you're really worth. Just look at what Fulltone and EBS pedals are going for. I would suggest $160+...

There are a lot of cool mods you can offer to Boss pedals, but there are definitely a few people out there doing it. I just got my BF2 modded in some really cool ways (with a switch to flip it back to "original mode" as well) for $30.
I'm not saying you should sell yourself short - just make sure you don't price yourself out of the market.
Google is your friend - I'm sure you'll be able to turn up some pricing examples in no time. |

| | | | I don't think I could flip this one back to normal.
Anybody check out the video?

I'm just sornof putting this out there as a feeler. I think a relic'd pedal with video chronicling the transformation could be a valued piece of gear.
