I think the cheapest and easiest solution would be to have another Bass V-Amp Pro so you could have one for recording and one for live use. Is that what you're looking for or am I way off base?

Yes and no.

i want the sounds i fetched with the Bass Vamp Pro but i don't want to buy another Bass Vamp Pro

Do you remember what settings you used for each track? Look them up in the manual, if you can.

Sounds like you used some type of wave synth patch on one of them.

+1 to the buy another Bass V-Amp Pro. Thats the easiest route.....

The only other thing i can suggest is trying out an EXH Bass Micro Synthesizer. From what i can remember of the sound clips ive heard, you should be able to get something simmilar synthwize from that....
