I need help with the Xotic Tri-Logic Preamp

There's no way to delay that trouble coming every day.

Is anyone using the Xotic Tri-Logic Preamp ? How do you have it set up ? Where is it in the effects chain ? How are the controls set ?

I have several guitars but my effects set up has been the EBS OctaBass and the Fulltone Ultimate Octave through the effects loop of the Tym Big Bottom and the guitar through the instrument input and out to the amp. I had a Boss GE 7 graphic equalizer in the chain between the Big Bottom and the amp (different ones depending on where I am at the time) to try and simulate the sound I thought I would get from the Tri-Logic Preamp. This worked just fine. Now that I have the Tri-Logic I can get some useful sounds when I place it directly between my amp and the guitar but when I try to use my effects it (the Tri-Logic) doesn't seem to do anything.

How do I get the Tri-Logic to sound like it does on the Xotic website and use my effects too ?

You'll get more responses if you mention Xotic Tri-Logic Preamp in the thread title rather than just having something random up there.
