something thats not 300 dollars. something that is, oh i dont care chorusy, synthy, octave stuff, but when you step on it, its going to be noisy, and weird.
something that adds octave would be cool. and anything that could be defined as "glitchy" would be devine. |

this sounds like exactly what you're describing. octave? yes. synthy? yes. chorusy...? well, maybe. glitchy? DEFINITELY.
it's a great pedal.

I have not tried it on my bass yet, but perhaps it can be modded to be bass-friendly. When I was reading your description I couldn't help but think of this pedal. It can be used musically or totally unmusically, depending on the settings. Also, it's a "press and hold" pedal, so it can be used for momentary periods of chaos, then you step off to get back to your regular sound. http://www.bossus.com/gear/productde...?ProductId=147 |

Speaking of chorus, octavers, and general craziness...
The predecessor of the PS-5 - the PS-3 Pitch Shifter/Delay, is by no means ordinary, and with the right settings, it's one freaky noise box.
It's very different than what's been mentioned already, though.
