I already tried that phonenumber, and only reached a lady that didn't know what I was talking about. I also found him on Facebook with the info above, and this is the facebook identity I used to contact him.
I also found another number for him, but no one ever answers.

I see his wife's Facebook is listed on his page. Maybe a message to her would get to him?

That might be an idea, even though I hate dragging her into it. It not her business after all.
I'll think about that one.

I would hate to think that something may have happened to Mike. But if he is ignoring customer complaints about undelivered products, then use every method to try and contact him.

If it were me throwing almost half a grand at a company that has made no progress towards giving me my product or my money back, I'd chase down every lead possible.

really sad it has to come to that. Heck even if he's bankrupt and can't give you a pedal or your money, he should at least man up and tell you.

That's what I think too. Just letting people hang, not telling them anything is about the worst solution at all.
And if he is sick or something, he should have someone to let customers know.

There are several dealers listed on the Swell page. Contact them to see if they have been in contact with Swell.

I'll ask my local brick n mortar... they've been Swell dealers from the get-go & have about half a dozen pedals in stock (none of the newer designs though).

Yeah, Mike seems like a totally cool dude. And his pedals are unrivaled. For real. Awesome stuff. Sucks things are going down like this.

When I got my B-Peg, I was quoted 10 weeks and got it in 17. That wait was worth it. Don't think I could have gone as long as you did but I understand where you're coming from, once that 45 days goes by (only 6 weeks) you're unprotected. That's the ***** part about buying a lot of custom order boutique places, the usual quote time goes past that 45 days.

I can't excuse or defend Mike. It's for sure not a good way to do business. No explanation makes it better. Any setbacks should be met with communiaction. My gut feeling is that he's a legit guy and will make it right. Hoping so, at least.

His pedals are pretty big in the underground guit world, too, how's the response on TGP looking?

Hmm,... to the OP: I might have a solution for you, but shipping to Denmark might be a sticking point. My local store is willing to help out possibly. They told me that Swell is out of business.

pm'ed...
