I also found another number for him, but no one ever answers.

I'll think about that one.

But if he is ignoring customer complaints about undelivered products, then use every method to try and contact him. |

I'll think about that one. | If it were me throwing almost half a grand at a company that has made no progress towards giving me my product or my money back, I'd chase down every lead possible.

And if he is sick or something, he should have someone to let customers know.

| | OK. Now I'm biased. Endorsed Artist: Myco Pedals | | Join Date: Dec 2009 Location: Lake Charles, La | | | Yeah, Mike seems like a totally cool dude. And his pedals are unrivaled. For real. Awesome stuff. Sucks things are going down like this.
When I got my B-Peg, I was quoted 10 weeks and got it in 17. That wait was worth it. Don't think I could have gone as long as you did but I understand where you're coming from, once that 45 days goes by (only 6 weeks) you're unprotected. That's the ***** part about buying a lot of custom order boutique places, the usual quote time goes past that 45 days.
I can't excuse or defend Mike. It's for sure not a good way to do business. No explanation makes it better. Any setbacks should be met with communiaction. My gut feeling is that he's a legit guy and will make it right. Hoping so, at least.
His pedals are pretty big in the underground guit world, too, how's the response on TGP looking? |
