Hey MSU, no hard feelings, I was just being a silly dick.
I had a similar experience with Electronix (Ziebek) a while back... ordered a Gemini Lite from their eBay site and a month later still didn't get it, no response to email, calls, etc, etc. So I can relate. In the end (as many of us know) Electronix had closed up shop, but didn't tell anyone about it. Especially customers waiting on orders. Its disrespectful and frustrating. I mean, if you have a website, post an update! If your health or financial situation precludes you from building, let your customers know! That's all.
I'm a freelance photographer (part of the time) and a lazy git to boot, but I always keep in contact with my clients to let em know what's going on with their orders. It's not only good business, it shows respect and lets the customer know they mean more to me than just a PayPal, Visa or whatever charge.
