ibanez AF9 layout diagram needed

Sign in to disble this ad
Hi everyone, I recently bought an ad9 at a flea market, the seller claimed that ity was something in the lines of a "fretless simulator". We plugged it sounded kinda like what he described, so I knew the pedal needes some repair but I bought it since it was cheap.

Anyway, when I opened up the pedal, I luckily didnt find major mods except for a resoldered power jack and a little burn spot in the board where a component failed and was removed.

Thing is, the space is really tight so I cannot for the love of god make sense of the schematic. So basically, Im in need of a layout diagram. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Thanks a lot!

lol ive searched everywhere, believe me.Ill give this a try tho.

To make things worse, It'd be a pain for anyone that owns the pedal to make out the value of the missing cap (its a cap as it's printed in the pcb), the components are freakin miniature! Or maybe it's just me getting older?

Anyone with the AD9 wanna lend a hand? or the AFL?

I found it never mind. This might be hard to fix if they used the parts I think they used ( I can't remember what the're called) you might be better off to call ibanez and see if they can't fix it. That may cost you though. Unless you can find someone on here who likes messing with them. (the IT people changed the parts. The new caps and resistors are surfaced mounted instead of through hole. They are alot smaller and hard to work with) I build effects but never messed with the surfaced mounted parts
