If this pedal has a buffered input before the blend, I'll buy one right away. If they cheaped out and just put in a blend between the clean and OD, then they missed the boat. Voodoo labs got it right with the sparke overdrive but, I've always wished that it sounded as thick as my keeley modded tubescreamer. But, then, that one doesn't have a buffered blend so, there is the rub. |
