If this pedal has a buffered input before the blend, I'll buy one right away. If they cheaped out and just put in a blend between the clean and OD, then they missed the boat. Voodoo labs got it right with the sparke overdrive but, I've always wished that it sounded as thick as my keeley modded tubescreamer. But, then, that one doesn't have a buffered blend so, there is the rub.

I like my TS-9 I modded too well. I would have to wait and see what a lot of people have to say first.

I'll probably buy one or two of these at some point after they're released.

I use the Sparkle Drive already, and I'm totally interested in this pedal. The demo video has some great sounds.

I would have liked a TS808 bass version instead, but the TS9B is better then having none at all.

I think Ibanez are on to something, this could be sweet.
I used to use a TS-9 in a wet dry mix with my old rig and it was very cool.

I think it sounds awful. But that's how tubescreamers sound through transistor gear/direct.

The only Tubescreamer I've ever liked was a Keeley Baked Mod, but I'm curious enough to keep an open mind.

The difference is two resistors. You won't hear a difference...
