The weeping demon is very adjustable and can get lots of different sounds (I used to own one), idk about the 105q though.

I personally perfer the 105Q over the Weeping Demon but to each their own. It really is personal preference but to me the 105Q is a LOT more funkier and can actually get a decent RATM "calm like a bomb" if you place your dirt right and sweep it right.

the auto off system on my 105q has gone for a six!
dunno am thinking about getting a weeping demon now to see how it sounds but still am kinda unsure about replacing the crybaby with another pedal because it did sound awesome

I tried the Weeping Demon--did not like it a bit. Clarity was not up to par for me, tone mangler for me as well.
Bought the 105Q and like it a lot except for that dang volume drop when you first step on it. I mean drop, too! Bummer.
So, I too hope to find a good-all-the-way-thru bass wah one day.
