So I've found that my Qron works best with my OD with the OD first and the Qtron's boost on but turned down. The higher gain of the OD drives the Qtron.
The Qtron works best with my comp with the boost off and comp after. If the Qtron isn't loud enough the comp just squashes it flat.
Also, Ive found one setting that works for both up and down drive. So what I'm thinking is - swapping those little finger switches in the back for foot switches so I can get all 4 settings on the fly. It's usually not that hard to decide if I'm going to play an OD vs comp song or up vs down, but sometimes someone just starts playing something and I don't want to have to bend over and fiddle with my switches before I can start playing.
