That's why I asked in the first place. It sort of looks like a dogpile of boxes and cable thrown into a drawer...nothing tied down in any way, shape, or form.

You are not aware that Orange makes bass amp heads? Plus it doesn't take any special effort or "clairvoyance" to make out an Orange head. Easily the most recognizable head on the planet.

I'm very aware they make bass heads but that one has two channels(see two rows of pots on the front) and I'm pretty sure Orange don't do a two channel bass head. I was trying to be smart/funny as like you said yourself "it doesn't take any special effort or "clairvoyance" to make out an Orange head. Easily the most recognizable head on the planet."

Maybe I shoulda put a wink or something but I thought it was blindingly obvious that I was being far from serious.

May I add that unless I am mistaken it is only this Orange head that has pots positioned that way?

well spotted, it is eugene's autolux rig..

the orange amp is merely another bands guitar amp in the background..

i haven't found any better pics than that bunch unfortunately, and when i've seen them live, yeah its a mess.. from his rack you can only make out the obvious stuff - the gcx, the furman, and the ampeg svt2-pro original head, none of the mess of rackmounted pedals in the draw..

i thought the white slanted pedal in the first 3 pics would be recognisable? looks familiar..

the white boss looking pedal isn't likely to be a tuner as he has one on his floorboard. a noise supressor, a compressor? eq is unlikely cause theres eq on the ampeg, i forget the other white boss pedals.. i'd guess a compressor..

in the last pic the white centre pedal with 5 or so knobs and two footswitches looks vaguely like a tronographic rusty box, (the orange graphics near the footswitches), the silver pedal behind it vaguely looks like some ehx pedal? maybe one of their tube based pedals with the cover removed.. shrug..
