I'm looking for something... but does it exist?

I'm looking for a device that would let me blend 2 signals into 1 instrument level signal (that would then go to my amp). Why? I have 2 outputs on one of my pedals, I'd like to split the signal from there, make them go through 2 different chains then blend them back together, then use the single input of my amp. Is there any pedal or device that does that (in the best of worlds a passive one, and cheap)?

Radial has a preamp/DI that can mix multiple inputs

A Boss LS-2 could do that.

For cheap, many ABY pedals can be reversed (two inputs, one out) which would achieve what you ask. Only possible downsides might be some phase issues and no blend/volumes between the two combined effects chains.

FEA makes a 2 channel mixer that is made exactly for what you describe-it isn't cheap, but has a phase adjustment, and is well built and thought out.

If your amp has an fx loop with a blend control you would be able to use that.
One path into the loop return and the normal input for the other path.
But an LS-2 will certainly do it. Very useful unit.

A Boss LS-2 is a great piece of gear that can be had on the cheap, but it isn't the cheapest way to go. For that I give to you Nady MM141.

I still recommend the LS-2, though. If you sell your multi output pedal, you can still do a split and mix option with the LS-2 - plus about 10 other things for your trouble.

I have the 2 CH Mixer and would recommend it, but it is nigh difficult to find right now. The LS-2 is probably your cheapest, easiest solution.
