Unhappy I'm sorry guys, but Bass Big Muff Sucks

How come it is so noisy? Maybe mine is broken or something, I don't know. Almost on all settings I have an amount of noise when pedal is on. While playing it's ok, because you can't hear it, but if you play with pauses or start song, this noise really comes up and make this pedal not usable. I use dry mode in order to keep the low end. In all other mods noise is also there though.
Is it all? No! In a mix fuzz could hardly be heard. Well, I like that low end really stays the same when pedal is on, but if you can't hear the fuzz (unless you play on yourself), than what's the point?
I'm really dissapointed with this pedal.

I didn't find the BBM especially noisy. Maybe you should check your power supply and/or signal chain for other sources. I didn't love the sound (kind of bland) of the pedal but the quality seemed fine.

i'm guessing you have the volume and sustain levels set really high. any fuzz will be noisy when this is done.

try starting with them both much lower - like 9 o'clock - and work your way up from there, starting with the "sustain" (fuzz/gain) control and then the volume control to balance it. Do this and you won't need the dry blend.

I use Ibanez power supply, I think there's no problem with it. I'm starting heaving too much noise with volume and sustain over 1 o'clock and especially if tone is 9 o'clock, which I like most. If tone is between 3 and 6 o'clock and volume and sustain below 1 it's fine, but I don't like the sound then, because there's simply not enough of the effect and it can't be heard in the mix. I guess there's something really wrong, how could it be that everyone loves it except me?

It is an active bass. Clover Apeiton. It has passive/active switch. I tried switching to passive mode, not much of the difference.

Have to take it back. There's less noise in passive mode. I just checked it once again with the different amp. So then my bass doesn't like the muff I guess?

If you didn't design it or manufacture it, I don't see why you'd be apologizing.
