Guys, let's officially talk about the bass pack 2.0 for JamUp, amps, pedals, effects, racks, etc.

What do you guys want?

I vote for:
  • Acoustic 360 head
  • VT Deluxe pedal
  • Nice recorder (or allow JamUp to output to a virtual port that MultiTrack DAW can recognize as input).

Jeez, this is difficult cuz I'm so happy with what's already in the app, but:

Acoustic amp model
Talkbox effect
Aguilar Agro
Aguilar DB700 (amp)
Sansamp RBI
Dedicated bass EQ, voiced for lower frequencies
Fretless simulator (not sure if this is possible without it totally sucking)
Hartke Bass Attack
Harmonizer or Octaver voiced for bass.

Dang, this is harder than I thought.

Fix the crash that happens when you try to upload a profile pic.

T-shirts, bumper stickers, promo stuff so we can share with our friends how cool Jamup/Positive Grid are!!

Wow a lot of the questions here have been gone over in either this thread or on the official virtual portaflex thread. And some are subjective to what some one wants to achieve. So there aren't the perfect answers to some of the questions it could be changed for what someone wants to spend or what is available to them.

a good idea though

And the one with the most cables ?
Not that many cables... it is just this XLR cable which is tooooo loooong... I need to find a short one, but then by next month I'll not need the Sansamp and the XLR cable as Positive Grid add 2nd channel support to Jamup!

The Picks should be stamped Duke21, as I'm the only pick player here!

I'd also like to vote for the Acoustic 360 as well as the Orange ADB200 and GK 700RB.

I'd also add a Sunn Coliseum or Concert amp and more bass specific filters.

I figured that. This thread has turned into a thread like the SX megathread though. Gotta go through a whole lotta reading to try and get an answer to the simplest stuff.

It may be time for a new section on talkbass labeled iOS.

So I'm older then Adam, and maybe younger then Steve and Paul: I'm quite sure I'm younger then JimmyM and I'm quite very sure I'm younger then Lee Sklar!!!!!
'67, so 45 y.o. still younger than many, but to old to carry a 40kg tube head...

I'd like an Orange AD200 and the ability to have any number of fx in any position so if I wanna run 5 stomps I can, 5 delays I can etc etc

Also like some sort of midi implementation where I could turn fx in a patch on and off not just switch patches (to be fair I don't know if this is already possible)

This is a good idea. Being able to arrange any pedals in any order, without worrying that we can't use a comp and an overdrive at the same time.

Just did about an hour ago.....no go with the iPhone.....seeing that the cck's actual name on apples website is the iPad CCK. When I plug it into the phone it instantly gives the "this accessory is not supported by iPhone" message.

Oh we'll
It work like gangbusters through the iPad 2 though. Sorry guys
