Joyo 6-Band EQ

New Pedal Day!

I bought from a USA dealer and received in just 3 days a Joyo 6-band EQ.

My primary purpose for the pedal is to be my EQ control on my bass board.

The low band being 100Hz isn't a problem as I have the high-pass filter taking care of troublesome boom between 35Hz and 140Hz as needed. Mainly, I needed a way of handling my mids. The pedal is quiet and noise free. Metal. The switch feels solid. This is an "always on" pedal for this use, so I'm not concerned about whether the pedal can withstands a Foot Stomp From G-d.

$35 shipped to my door. This Joyo gets a :thu: . If you are looking for an inexpensive EQ for your bass board, this is worth considering.

Glad to know it feels solid; I've been looking at this thing for a good year or so but haven't quite been able to justify it. Worry about the quality of the faders was the main concern preventing me from dropping a few bucks to try it out- Do they seem like they could survive an accidental misstep or two?

I don't have a larger, always-on, need for the pedal, I just thought it'd be a fun to use in tandem with various dirt pedals to reshape some fuzz and distortion voices.

The sliders don't stick up very far, so they should survive at least a few errant foot stomps unbroken. It is a theory I am not going to test, though.
