I've never used effects before... this pedal is f**king amazing. If your a 'newbie' to effects like myself, buy the COLORSOUND Bass Fuzz first and build from there... you won't regret it.

If anyone else can recommend any other pedals akin to 'audible-nirvana' post suggestions below...

I'm thinking of getting a Morrison Audio Phaser and Delay next...

MK II

Yeah, it's based on the original Colorsound Tonebender; simply adapted for bass...

Yep. Just to clarify that too, its based on the old Germanium Tonebenders as opposed to the current issue made popular by Justin Chancellor which is based on the old Silicon ones.

It appears the post I responded to here has been deleted, as I probably made him feel bad about the post. Sorry about that! Plus I just now realized I think it might have been the OP I was accusing of being OT, which would have been a bit harsh of me; I thought it was some random other person hijacking the thread, which is a different story.

Awkwardness!

yes when the pedal is on and the volume is not cranked there is significant loss of volume... its very annoying but it can be sorted with a boost pedal..
