Just ordered a Freeze pedal & a LS2!

The freeze pedal was the last thing I was wanting to complete my effects setup.

Decided to grab a LS2 as well .. I have been using a small mixer to blend the effect signal with the direct .. Sound wise it has worked great but the mixer eats up a lot of room on my pedalboard & the fact that the LS2 can switch the effects on & off as well as blend them is to good to pass up!

I can't wait to get that Freeze pedal! My Primary Gig is with a 4 piece band (3 piece musically) & I think this will help me fill it up.

I love my Freeze

It's great for noodling between songs

My Freeze & LS2 showed up today so I left my day gig after lunch, came home & installed them in my pedalboard!

I must say the Freeze is one of the coolest things ever & I had no idea the Boss LS2 was "that" versatile ... I'm off to a gig tonight & I can't wait to annoy the guitar player with my new freeze pedal

I actually like to use it at home way more than live although it's finding it's place live. It's amazing if you sit back and groove over a droning harmonic or upper register chord. It can be a great tool for songwriting as well as soloing.

I also love the Freeze- it is amazing to me that such a pedal hasn't existed until now... For ambient music, a volume swell into a delay pedal with high feedback has always been my best method for getting a nice drone, but the Freeze makes it so much easier and it can drone for as long as you want. If there was a more precise way to control the fading of the drones (like an expression control), then it would be perfect- I'm not complaining though!
