if thats a legit question, then id say any bass with strings ought to be able to cop those tones, with the right technique/eq.

to cop the first tone you'll need a compressor, that sounds like a heavily compressed tone.

for we are your friends i was able to get it with the akai deep impact. way cool song and bass line.
