Korg DT-10 = daisy chain problem

Somone please explain this one to me

I just got a Korg DC-10 tuner and I love it to bits, the best tuner I have ever used! When I have it on my pedal board powered by a daisy chain link, and going into my bass amp, it works perfectly fine, silent as the grave!

When I linked it up to my guitar rig (tuner - Zoom 707 - interface) it had this kind of strange wurring noise when powered by the same daisy chain and power source. Its not just the guitar effects, as I have recorded with them fine all this time. The guitar is a Les Paul with Seymour Duncan pickups, so thats fine.

I hear that the Korg DC-10 has an internal buffer for improving the sound quality, but that is impossible to make a wurring sound, isnt it?

The buffer is unrelated, I believe; I know from personal experience that even a true bypass pedal like the Planet Waves CT-04 pedal tuner can do this when it's turned on, under certain circumstances.

Does it only make this sound when you turn on the tuner?

Have you tried placing the tuner after the Zoom?

What power supply are you using? Is the interface sharing this power supply, too?

Its probably some of the digital switching thats finding its way into the signal path, and the interface is recording it. Why have the tune inline when recording anyway?

Peace
