korg dtr 2000 reset???

Just picked up a Korg dtr 2000 on ebay but it doesnt seem to be working correctly.All the switches etc are illuminating without issue but the is no activity when a string is hit.Any one know of a master reset for this unit as I have scanned the maunal ( all 4 pages) and it doesnt mention it .

Any help is appreciated.

Sounds like you've bought a broken tuner, dude - I have a DTR-2000, and AFAIK there is no "reset"...

Are plugged into the from or through the back? Make sure it is getting a good signal.

dtr 2000 .

I have checked all leads / cables etc and all are in order so I have illiminated leads as the problem.I have tried going into the front input 1 & 2 and have checked the mute function so those are also out???
running out of ideas on what this may be other than a fault???
HELLPPPP .....lol.
