Korg pitchblack damage?

Sign in to disble this ad
Hi,

I was a bit careless and mixed wires a little so I accidentally powered my Korg Pitchblack tuner with 18V power supply instead of 9V for about a month. It still works but is it possible that I damaged the unit or affected its tuning accuracy in any way?

Thanks, Marko.

check it against another tuner, chances are if it appears to still be working that it is ok.

duderasta is right, make sure that it's still accurate and then never do it again.

If it isn't accurate then you should be able to just re-calibrate it.
