I've searched but haven't seen much, figured I'd ask - anyone around here ever use the Korg PX5D Multi-Effects Processor?

Has effects for bass, it's Korg, so I know it SHOULD be good, and says it can be used both live and in studio.
So I'm curious if anyone owns or has owned one and would care to share their experiences/opinions...
