I picked up a nonworking old Japanese Pearl Chorus pedal, CH-02. When plugged in the red led comes on and stays on and no sound comes through. I opened it up and everything looks good and clean. Any thoughts?
There are a number of things that could be going on. First, start with a multimeter, makes sure voltages are getting to the proper places. Start here at this schematic, maybe this will help?
