| Limiter Question

Maybe a stupid question, but...
I just got an Iron Ether and love it, however on some of the settings that make the most lovely noise, it drives my head so that the limiter on the head is coming on quite a bit. Is this bad for the head? It doesn't clip or anything, but sometimes the limiter is pretty much always limiting. I like the sound I'm getting, but I don't want to hurt the head (WorkingMan SWR 700).
