Line 6 bass Pod (rackmount) and power conditioner?

Sign in to disble this ad
I have a Line 6 bass Pod rackmount and I really don't use effects but I might be buying an Ampeg SVT 4 pro and rackmounting it all...

I don't know if it's worth keeping the Pod or just keeping it for a rainy day?? what do you think??

Also what does a power conditioner do? Do I really need one for any rig?? or is it just for Rackmounts?

You use a power conditioner right after a power shampoo.

I've never seen a P.C. as anything more than a glorified and overpriced power surge protector.

The PC is pretty much as alreadt described. Do a search and will find tons of opinions on them.

As for the Bass POD, that is an effects things so off to Effects this goes!
