It would definitely help avoid confusion if the photo was of the whole flyer, not just the lower right hand corner of it. I'm not convinced that avoiding confusion is the seller's goal.

Either way, the product description has "8.5 x 11" on there in green print, so there's really no excuse for the buyer's ignorance

Judge Judy ruled in the plaintifs favor. It was pretty funny. They guy who sold the paper to them wouldn't show up for the court date so he sent his girlfriend to take the chewing out from Judge Judy. It was really stupid.
You really need to read what you are bidding on
