Lots of Korg G5's on eBay lately

I keep reading about how rare G5's are, and that they commonly go for around $300.

I've seen probably six or seven on eBay in the last two months. One started at about $200, and got no bids. One was sold, but relisted for some reason. Others went for under $200.

I just lost a bidding war on one minutes ago. It sold for $140! Granted, I'm a last minute bidder, and the winner may have put in a high max bid. But he or she did get it for dirt cheap!

I really can't afford a cheap one these days, but it's nice to know they are not THAT rare. When will the Deep Impact follow this trend?

I saw one on craigslist for $100, but I was less than broke at the time so I had to pass

Lots of everything on eBay lately. Seen the number of "these never come up" basses for sale here lately? When MTD and Sadowsky basses sit around at pretty decent prices you know the credit cards are maxed. Maybe next year if I'm still working and they get just a wee bit cheaper...

Oh, and I like the G5.
