Low pass/Envelope filter with punch?

Les uses the older Korg AX300B for his live envelope filter.

I have the AX3000B and it sounds pretty much the same. They're pretty cheap/awesome units, if you can find either.

Too awesome in fact! I am putting together a small rock-around-beater board and thought i'd put another filter on there. I have tried heaps of them ( currently have an MXR to try, I have some hope....) and they all kinda suck to me in some way now that I have had the Xero for quite some time.
I am spoiled!
Grab a Xero, you won't regret it at all!
