Ls-2 boost/cut

Not sure where to put this as it's a pedal, but not an effect. anyways, my question is this: Does the cut/boost come in before the signal is sent through the loops, or before? I'm wondering because if it's before, it'll mess with my effects. Thank you

The gain controls operate after the signal is sent to the return jacks.
