I'm pretty certain it only started shipping today. It's got me interested, though.

I've got four whole days to put it through its paces later this month (NAMM show...I'm working Malekko's booth). I'll let you know what's up ASAP.

It's always fun, but a little exhausting. It's still intimidating to be playing bass with Paul Barker there, though.

I'm a big fan of his playing on Filth Pig in particular myself. There was just something magical about that one and the (Psalm 69) albums. I have several others from them but love those 2 in particular.

I'm sure you and him get along just fine!!

Just got mine.

Just spent an hour at home with this thing. By itself it cuts waaay too much low end, but...with my x-blender it was pure awesome! Tons of very different and equally sweet fuzz sounds. I don't suggest picking one up for bass unless you have a way to blend in some clean tone. I won't be able to try it out in a band setting until next week, I also need to dig out my expression pedal. I'll keep you posted.

2 months later

After two rehearsals and one show running this through my x-blender I was very happy with it. I put my B;assmaster before it in my loop and my Beast before that and my SVT loved every variation of stacked, filtered fuzzy goodness I threw at it. The expression pedal and my x-blender did not get along though. The phase switch on the blender was no better in either position. Expression worked great without the pedal in the blended loop. Using the 213 inspired me to dig out my Wah One to put at the end of my signal chain(I used to run it 2nd after the tuner before I benched it) to experiment with other filtered blended fuzz sounds. Now the 213 is off the board in favor of the the Wah One.
