you've got some great stuff on there already...

Musket, Mammoth and Custard are all pretty unique and mind blowing...

+1 on the Mammoth - truly mind-boggling IMO
have tride the Prunes; but it never really grabbed me enough as I felt I could probably create similar enough sounds thru combinations of some other pedals i already had.
never tried a Musket tho

Im down for a mammoth too, it seems like everyone has a love/hate relationship with it, I think im infatuated. You dont think it would be redundant with having a fuzz, yet not a gated fuzz, like the supercollider already?

I know you're about to buy my Mammoth, but from that list I would go with the Pickle Pie B, it's the best heavy dirt I've ever used. It might be quite similar to the Supercollider though, haven't been able to compare those two directly (hopefully the BEAST shows up soon though).

This is my problem as a seller, I'm way too honest.

I do actually. Sorta. Love/hate is life with a Mammoth, it's true. I think all Fuzz Face pedals are like that actually, they just have a will of their own.

You can't have too much fuzz

If you are happy with Supercollider, I suggest some non-Muff flavours like gated fuzzes you've mentioned or some B:Assmaster

I've owned the Noise Box and I currently have the P&C, familiar with the Woolly, got a brown dog on the way(!)

I would pick the Prunes and Custard. I just got it but I love it. It cuts through a heavy mix like a knife, and it has a really unique sound that is actually usable (unlike the Noisebox, which does one great trick, but is not as useful in an actual band situation)

Pickle Pie B is great if you are on the Muff side. It's also one of the best boxes when it comes to craftsmanship and quality.

I personally don't like Muffs and derivatives on bass. They are simply boring

Are you looking to replace anything in that photo? Because the Pickle Pie and Musket are both Muff-based fuzzes like the Supercollider. And the Orbiter has a much more "pulse like" quality but is not different enough to have alongside a Small Stone IMO.

If you're looking for something new, the Mammoth is a one trick pony (and doesn't work with actives) but has a very distinctive sound.

As for the two weird noise machines, the Noise Box is crazier but I found the Prunes & Custard more usable in a band setting.

The Brown Dog is actually my fuzz of choice, but that's mostly because it's a jack-of-all trades, master of none type deal. If I had the space (and played passive basses) I'd have a Mammoth for synthy, gated fuzz and a Pickle Pie B for "Muff on Steroids" fuzz and probably a B:Assmaster as well. There are individual pedals that do each sound better (IMO) but the Brown Dog is pretty decent at vintage smooth fuzz to modern synthy fuzz and everything in between.

Thanks jared for the detail, i ended up going with the mammoth, pretty much brand new from nad for a great price. Im thinking of replacing my small stone, due to the volume drop and versatility, with the orbiter or another brand but not sure if that should be my next GAS investment i. I think the pickle pie is something I do want to get eventually I havent heard enough musket clips to commit. How about a musket (v2) versus pickle pie B thread guys?

Mammoth goes great with Small Stone (old one) and with Small Clone IME. I suggest play with Stone & Mammoth together before you get rid of Stone.

Also I can see where people are coming frm with Mammoth having one sound and what a sound it is; but I reckon it is more than a one-trick pony. Playing with that Pinch control massively changes the charateristics and response of the fuzz and the Wool gives plenty option too; but it is still essentially the same sound.

Can't help GASing over that etched B:Assmaster though.
I just wish I could try any of the Assmasters out somewhere close to Nottingham in UK.

I tend to feel similarly, but the clips for the Pickle Pie B sound like they've got more of the feaures I'm looking for than other Muff derived clips. I'm GASing for something new and the PPB is at the very front of the pack.

Attack Goat! Adds another octave of overtone distortion and otherwise cleans up your sound. (I have drive and blend at 10 o'clock, tone far left: no mid roll-off) Make the supercollider sound brighter for those intense moments.
The Source Audio multiband distortion trumped my beloved P&C...program 17! (Which I did and do use before other distortions to bring out a mid crunch). Program 21 does what the deviever BIT in a blender did.

Generally it's a modern sounding, high gain Muff. It's a great fuzz for sure.
