I don't believe any of the Markbass pedals are commercially available - at least I haven't seen any U.S. distributors selling them. Are they now shipping in Europe?

I've seen them in some online stores:

A place here in York is apparently selling them according to their online store - I might have to call tomorrow and see if they've actually got any stock.

I'd be interested to know if this is an Octavius Squeezer/Deep Impact killer, or just a SYB-3/SYB-5/BSW clone.

As far as I know there aren't any in shops.
Online shops take pre-orders.

You can check for other hints. Bongo hasn't yet published a review of the compressor and Mark Wilson hasn't sold his Markbass pedals yet.
2 firm clues that they're not readily available in shops.

Some person made a tremendously dumb post and I called them an idiot, which is against the rules, especially when a mod who I personally offended once happens to be the one who sees it. *shrug* I knew better, but I said it anyway, so I take my lumps. Anyway I'm back now.

Exar's business is on hold for now. I will still help previous customers.

Cool! Welcome back to the front lines in the ongoing war against non-searching-new-thread-makers.

Good! I am usually just a lurker as I don't have a heckuvalot of knowledge on any gear stuff (only the playing part!). Your compressor FAQ (and wealth of knowledge in general) was of immense help to me.

Mods can be pretty rule-based-awesome around here

Anyways, I'm pretty intrigued by the school-bus synth myself. BMS killer? We'll see....

I'd edit that if I were you, Jovi. Calling out the mods in a thread is against the TOS, too. I only say that because I don't want you to get Phil'd too.
