Marshall Gov'ner Distortion

one of the ebay stores is selling it for $69.00, is there any better offers?

From what I've come to understand of that particular pedal, that version is not the one to get. The older one, a black cube (honestly, there is no better way to describe it), is the preferred model. Tim Commerford used to use one in the early, pre-"Evil Empire" days of Rage Against the Machine. And it is most definitely NOT $70 - good luck finding it at all, let alone for that much.

yeah, that's NOT the same as the one YOU want if you're going for the RATM sound.

i dont know if its an option but i know someone who has a old tube mesa distortion pedal. if you can find one that thing kills. wont get it for 70 either il tell ya that much

Just look for the black one on Ebay, they show up all there the time. If it's not there today, look again in a few days. And it's spelled "Guv'nor".

+1 spelling is kind of important when doing a search...i scored mine for $80 including shipping on ebay, but, that was a fluke - they go for twice as much from what i remember

try searching with and without the apostrophe, too
