ME-50B, noisy or quiet?

I'm thinking about dismantling my pedal board and getting an ME-50B because I use only a few effects infrequently.

My current pedal board has 8 pedals in series and they do add *hiss* to the bass signal.

I used to own both the Line 6 M9 and M13. Although they were very quiet, I didn't care about their tones. I just prefer Roland tones.

Does the ME-50B add noticeable noise to the signal? I won't use any of the OD/Distortion effects.

Not very noisy. There is a noise suppressor knob on the input panel but I don't seem to notice it working very much.

I went the other way from the OP. I started with a ME-50B, then once I figured out what I wanted in effects, I sold it and built a true pedalboard.

Anyway, when I had the ME-50B, I don't recall it being any more noisy than any typical pedal or board. There might have been a little noise, but not enough to be an issue except to the most sensitive people.

I keep my noise suppressor off all the time and get no hiss ever.
