just stumbled across this whilst my guitarist cousin was showing me MG effects. Tonebender MkII based, should be good on bass, no?

the guitar soundclips do sound very bassy, so i think i might buy one at least to check it out if no ones had any experience with it.

so...anyone? (grygrx possibly?)

could someone have a look/listen and tell me if its similar to most tone benders/tone bender clones. i'd like to get that kind of sound but maybe a little cheaper.

oh and also, im hopeless at DIY stuff so yeah i know there are some DIY Tonebender kits but um... lol

Strangely enough, the tonebender circuit is not one I've got a lot of experience with.

Thats way too much money for a TB clone...

It sounds a little more fuzzier than a normal TB but that's just the pots. A new Tonebender is only 30$ more for us in the USA. I don't suggest the buy, it's a simple circuit you can build for about 80$.

Use the Search feature on the forum, there's a couple suggestions out there.
