MI Audio Pollyanna Octave

I've been really excited for this:

From Mi Audio:

It should be a fortnight before we begin shipping the pedals to dealers around the world. Seeing as you are a bass player, my suggestion to you is
to try it out in store first before you purchase. One of the guys who works here is a bass player and so we got him to experiment with it at the
workshop with his rig. It didn't work well in the lower range of the bass. From what I can remember it was fine up at the neck. While the idea of a
pedal like this being used for a bass guitar is exciting, Michael will work with our bass player over the coming months to come up with a design more
suitable for bass guitars.

I'll still be buying one as soon as DK Guitars in Holland get them in (cheapest MI Audio in Europe!), but do we, the elite FX maniacs of TBFX think this hits at a bass version?

From what they said, I don't think it's going to track really to much different from other octavers although the name does seem to refer to "polyphonic".

Worth a punt, no doubt. Doubt it will be any better/worse than an OC-2.

I'll just get out my crystall ball and find out. Maybe I'll find some manners in there too?
