Question micro pog for cliff burton solos?

would a micro pog be good for blending dry with octave up to enthesize harmonics when playing cliff burton solos?

I wouldn't buy a micro pog just for this purpose but if you have access to one try it.
One thing I really enjoyed in watching cliff em all is how in one cliff there is a huge amount of reverb on the recording and I thought it was amazing. I think after all this time to bring a twist on a cliff style is valuable. If you are going for the exact jam I would say that part of his blitz of distortion is using two distortions as using the PWB and muff really drenched things. Also play around with your favorite wah or envelope follower it doesn't have to be exactly what he used. Who knows if he was still alive in 2010 he might have an EHX hog.

been thinkin about gettin an octave pedal anyway, just wondered if this was a goood use as i play alot of metal. cliff em all is amazing :P good purchase. i had a bootleg CD with pulling teeth on and it sounded like there were an octave up somewhere
