the octave down sounded ok - in tune, and not warbly - but it did not sound fat the way an analog octaver (OC2 or MXR) does.

Ah, thanks. That was what I expected of it ... given it's polyphonic, like the POG, and therefore digital, I thought it might fall short of those two (both excellent) analog octavers.

It seems to be common wisdom on the guitar forums that when it comes to Mooer, digital -> bad, analog -> good. It's a bit of a generalization, but for instance the green mile is a fine pedal and my new sweeper is shaping up nicely too. I think you must have picked the worst one to start with.

Is the Graphic B out yet? It says "Feb 13" on your site--did its release date get pushed back? I'm looking forward to buying one soon.

Anyone tried Mooer's muff clone on bass? I'd be interested to know how it handles the lower frequencies.

It's pretty huge. My pedals landed and the Triangle Buff has the biggest bottom of the bunch.
I'll try to get a demo done this weekend and compare the Buff to a TFR.

I've tried the Buff on bass and I know it sounds great. Heard good things about the Green Mile. Curious about the Blade and Black Secret.
Would like to hear what you make of the Black Secret ... a demo (audio/video) even better

It's an extension of the Green Mile basically. Mild to moderately wild overdrive.
Demo to come.

Got my Green Mile today. So far I like it a lot! The build seems fine and the "cool" factor is awesome! I've got a Sweeper on the way as well. I am/will be running both through a T1M mini blend, cause I like my tone so much, but I'll try both straight through and report back!

Tried the GM without the blend this AM, and it sounded really good! Don't like the warm setting, looses the low end, but the hot setting is just what I'm looking for, tube amp grit. Just enough to cut through! I think it's a keeper for the Nano board.
Now if the Sweeper would hurry and get here so I can my stank on!

Did anyone here try the Mooer Ninety Orange Phaser yet?

I have a DIY phaser, and just love it on bass, but it is rather large, and if the Mooer Phaser fits the bill, I think I'll get one for a small, portable pedal board I am collecting.

I see some answer yes to that, but I find that a bit hard to believe, since my experience with the Tube Screamer is that it takes away some bass.

Thank you for that clip. I think the Green Mile so far is the best overdrive/fuzz/distortion candidate for the bass sound I want so far.

Is it just me, or does the Mooer FOG pedal sound a bit underwhelming in this official demo:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=41wtV2yR3uE

To me it sounds hard and distorting in a "solid state clipping" kind of way. In fact I think it sounds much better on guitar.

They should market the Green Mile for Bass and the Fog for Guitar!
Fog sounds way too synths for my taste. Lovin' the GM through a blend! Exactly what I was after!
Now if that Sweeper will just get here!

In a moment of GAS-induced insanity, I have ordered four Mooer pedals. These are the Pure Boost, the Bass Sweeper, the Green Mile and the Ninety Orange Phaser.

With a tuner, these will be the core of my portable bass pedal board. If they actually work the way I hope, that is...

I'll be rash and make a prediction that you'll be happy with the Green Mile, and probably with the sweeper too, provided it's a bass-balls you were after, and you can live with the noise you get on some settings.

The others ... look forward to hearing what you think
