There's a guy over on HM who had one of these on beta-test that said it was very good.

It looks cool, with some awesome features, but why oh why is there no expression pedal control!!!

Because it might kill the Whammy pedal...which is also made by Digitech...

Yeah, I thought that. But it's obviously going to be more expensive than the Whammy, and it could have been like a POG/HOG deal. POG/Whammy is the downspec'd version of the HOG/Harmony pedal.

Weren't they going to discontinue the Whammy anyway?

Head on head against the... HOG, perhaps?

I'm not sure, this "HarmonyMan" looks feature laden but only seems to be able to do a few things at a time.

If this is based on the Vocalist Live set of products, I'm not sure how well this would work on bass.

Since bass part, for the most part, are single notes this pedal might not be able to "learn" the harmonic nature of the song so when it did do the harmony it may be a guess as to how accurate the harmony would be.

It'd be interesting to try out nonetheless.

Has anyone had a chance to try one of these on bass?

It's a joke imo. For 200$ more, you can get the Eventide Pitchfactor. So much more win.
