| Having owned both of them, I can tell you that I don't consider either of them very versatile in usable tones. The English Muff'n would be the more versatile one, but I didn't really like it with the gain cranked. If versatility is what you want I would recommend you look eslewhere, like the Fulltone Bass-Drive Mosfet for example. |
