Maybe you connected the Morley Power Wah Boost last to the Amplifier.
Try to do like this:

Amplifier --> Fuzz --> Morley Power Wah Boost --> Bass Guitar.

Hope it works.

I've always found that wahs and filters demand mids. If you take the mids out you don't hear the effect as much. Try adding some mids into your mix and see if that works

I acquired a Tel-Ray PWF off the bay a few months ago, and intially I had a similar issue to yours.

First, the wah effect on my dry signal is only pronounced in the lower foot positions. With distortion/fuzz/OD, I can hear it better.

Next, if you are still having issues, open the pedal up and check to see if the LDR inside has is getting enough light. Also, check to see if the little flap that attaches to the footpedal is doing its job.

I took pics of my pedal along with some noob DIY fixes.

Do a search for Morley PWF issue.

Hope this helps.

fuzz is mostly mids and highs, knowing that helped me out a lot

id roll down the mids, keep high lil before noon on the amp, bass as much as i could get

bridge pickup, bass neutral and cut the treble.

see if something like that works

Got it working, just needed to mess with my EQ and tone knob.. :P when I got the pedal I didn't really have much time to mess around with it because i was really busy that day..

Are you using the wah with the boost engage also? Without the boost, the wah sucks on these in my opinion (has a huge volume drop and sounds incredibly thin), but with the boost the wah is the most nasty awseome sounding thing ever. The more boost you add on the pedal, the gnarlier and more extreme the wah will sound- though it will also push your amp to oblivion if you aren't careful!
