Does this mean, that i can't use the wah after some effects in the same chain wireing??

If I read your question right... that's not correct. You CAN use it after other effects (a classic example is after distortion, for some insane screaming solo work). Just keep it out of the effects loop.

I'm assuming your setup looks like this: BASS => EFFECTS => AMP INPUT

If it's like this, however, then you may get some issues: BASS => AMP INPUT (With pedals in the amp's effects loop).

Those issues basically involve unwanted distortion and/or dramatic volume changes.
